Baby Sister - 25 Weeks

This post is a day or two late. Sorry about that. Baby Sister is growing right along. Twenty-five weeks feels like a milestone. This pregnancy is going by so fast!

Not the best bump shot but baby sister finally has a crib!

Baby Sister at 25 weeks-
Size of baby? Head to heels, baby now measures about 13 1/2 inches. Her weight — a pound and a half — isn't much more than an average rutabaga, but she's beginning to exchange her long, lean look for some baby fat. As she does, her wrinkled skin will begin to smooth out and she'll start to look more and more like a newborn. She's also growing more hair — and if you could see it, you'd now be able to discern its color and texture. And this hair would explain my heartburn!
Total Weight Gain? 11 lbs!

Maternity Clothes?Yes! I ordered a few spring dresses that I'm excited to wear.
Sleep? Just Ok. Still getting up very early.
Symptoms? Heartburn and acid reflux. I really have to watch what I'm eating. I had this with Nora too. My OB says the only old wives tale she believes is that when the mom has heartburn/acid reflux that baby is going to have hair. And if you know me personally, Nora had a TON of hair and still does. I would be shocked if Baby Sister did not have hair. We shall see! The only other symptom is that I'm feeling really pregnant. And looking really pregnant. I had two people just this morning tell me they didn't realize I was pregnant until today. No idea how they didn't notice the bump but I've really popped out the past two weeks (and gained weight!)
Gender? Baby Girl!! Name is a secret but we love it more and more every day. Can't wait to share once she arrives!

Movement? Moving more and more. I love it!
Food Cravings? Still craving my ice lattes after I work out.
What I miss? I guess just sleep. Overall, I've been feeling good and have a lot of energy.

Best moment of the week? Buying baby furniture! Makes it seem more real. Next thing is to order the bedding...
